Bifrost Defence is a defence company builder. We source capability gaps from the war fighters who live them, build the product on one shared platform of military relationships, go-to-market, procurement and finance, and field it while the need is still current.

Products earn their place in the field first: proven with units in Ukraine, then fielded across European and NATO forces.

Every product starts as a capability gap a war fighter has lived, brought to us by the units and commanders we work with. Nothing enters engineering without confirmed operational and commercial need.

The platform carries what a new company would otherwise spend years assembling: military relationships, go-to-market, procurement, legal and finance. Each product company stays small and technical and inherits the buyers the platform already has.
